Class Registration

** 2025 WNBF INDIA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS IS ONLY FOR INDIAN CITIZENS.

TERMS & CONDITIONS*

I hereby confirm the registration and agree to the general information and obligations.

• All athletes in the bodybuilding classes must be weighed upon enrollment. The WNBF India is based on the bodybuilding classes of the WNBF, but reserves the right to grant a fair and competitive division of the classes. All athletes will be informed about their class after evaluation.

• All athletes in the Men's Physique, Bikini and Figure classes will be measured for size upon enrollment. All athletes will be informed about their class after evaluation. Obligations of every athlete.

• The registration is binding. No refunds once registered are available.

• Consent for the free use of photo and video material about oneself in relation to the WNBF India and the International Championship.

• A valid ID / passport must be presented for enrollment and polygraph test.

• WNBF India and all of its partners in relation to the International Championship accept no liability for any personal injury.

• I have Read, Understand and checked the doping list of the WNBF India (see doping list on website).

• Submitting a medical certificate (incl. Diagnosis, medication, dose, duration of use) if a conditional disease treatment with a prohibited substance doping list exists

POLYGRAPH AND DRUG TESTING *

I UNDERSTAND:

• The WNBF 10 Year Drug Free Policy.

• Competitors must take a Polygraph test (appointment under wnbfindiainfo@gmail.com).

• That start authorization only by a passed Polygraph test. If the appointment for the polygraph test agreed in advance does not appear, a new appointment is not guaranteed.

• The polygraph test is to be paid on site, amount pending.

• A polygraph test that has been successfully passed 5 weeks before the date of the International Championship at a WNBF partner association is valid. The confirmation must be submitted to WNBF India (at wnbfindiainfo@gmail.com).

• The top 3 in each class must undergo a urine test immediately after the final.

• The WNBF India reserves the right to request athletes to take a urine test at random.

• Positive test results independently of one another (polygraph test, urine test) result in a withdrawal of the placement (possibly Pro Card if in overall) and a ban according to the doping list.

• The athlete must accept the test results and refrain from taking legal action against the association or the testers.

• No Refunds are available if a failed polygraph or urinalysis test or discovery of previous banned substance use within the 10 year timeframe is discovered.

• By accepting the terms and conditions, I acknowledge and agree that I am voluntarily submitting to a polygraph (lie detector) test as part of this event’s eligibility requirements. I understand that the test will be conducted in accordance with the event’s official rules and procedures, and I hereby agree to accept the results of the test as final and binding for the purposes of this event

• The athlete fully understands and accepts that no legal action can be taken against WNBF India Private Limited due to a polygraph or urinalysis failure. WNBF India Private Limited reserves the right to disqualify any athlete that fails either of these two tests, and zero refunds for membership, registrations, or testing fees will be made.
